Honestly, after using the Lian Li PCUSB 60, I just don't understand how any other case (with the possible exception of the Vapochill) can possibly compete.

errr...you seem to have missed some major points with this review. 1) Did the reviewer happen to notice that the internal drive bay is removable? 2) Did they happen to notice that only 1 hard drive can fit in this case? (remember that the floppy takes up the middle space in the internal drive bay. The other space over that is taken up by...perhaps a zip? Only leaving space for the HDD below.) 3) The bezel is plastic? 4) The bottom external drive bay is not accessible on one side for screws? 5) The bottom "vents" are detrimental to cooling? Plus they bring in unwanted dust. 6) The PSU is only supported by screws and no rails or other supports?
Just my 2c. It's a nice looking case and the most attracive feature is the hinged doors. It would be a good looking case for a starter PC. |

But one thing I have to add...the pictures are very nicely shot. Good choice on the time of day to shoot. |

I like the vented floor ... was thinking of doing that to my case ... makes sense to me ... put a couple of fans down there ... that front bezel is saying "Don't mess with me" in more ways than one - can it removed (for servicing and such) :
P.S. You gonna keep this puppy or do you have to send it back?

A most excellent review Fido...
But, Mac have had hinged front doors on the bezel for years, nice to see PC cases finally catch up.

Nice review. It said what was nice about the case, what wasn't so good and concluded by stating whether it sucked donkey nuts or not.
Some reviews go on and on and I think "hey, its only a case". Your's was short and sweet!
One thing I want to know is where did you take the photos? It looks like you drove to the middle of nowhere to go 'computing in the country'! [ ]
While on cases, what would be good for a dual slot2 xeon mobo? Its bigger than normal ATX but I don't have the cash/desire for an enormous server case or an aluminium case. I'm leaning towards this Chieftech Scorpio (cosmetic twin of the Dragon). A review I found somewhere said it did cater for the bigger size mobo but the manufacturer website isn't much help

1) Yes the interal drive bay is removeable - with a few screws.
2) It is possible to put 3 drives in this case, look at the rail on this picture (http://www.littlewhitedog.com/view_image.asp?view_image=images/reviews/hardware/00036/00036_1t_big.jpg) - You can put one drive in the top (instead of putting a ZIP drive or additional floppy), the second slot will be for the floppy, and then there are two more space under the floppy.
3) Yes, the bezel is plastic
4) Yes they are, they chasis is removable
5) Clean your house better if you want a cleaner computer. All computers suck in dust.
6) I don't consider this to be a good feature, or a bad feature. Having a screw mount PSU works fine and does not affect functionality - if you use the correct screws.
I agree, this case would make a great "starter boxen" |

Those pictures were taken in my back yard I live "out in the sticks". You'll probably start seeing more review pictures taken outdoors here on LWD in the future, I really liked how they came out in the natural lighting. |

I recently ordered the blue version of this case. I was wondering, did you have problems with the buttons not reaching the cd-rom/floppy? No matter how far I move my floppy, the button won't reach it to open it. |

I didn't have that problem with the one I reviewed. Have you tried a different floppy? Maybe yours is non-standard? |
