If Napster successfully filters out songs that are infringing on artists copyrights, what will we need it for? Will there be any songs on it? Basically, filtering the songs is almost the equivalent of shutting the service down. And, what will happen to MP3's? Will there be other MP3 search engines with Napsters ease of use and song availability? Napster just made it too easy. The other services are just for Hardcore Geeks. Oh well I babbled on long enough. Maybe I should have put this in the Rant column.

I'll have to try that. I have tried other search engines. I was able to get them to work. But I wonder about the non-tech person. Someone like my parents. They need something real easy.

There is a program called "Napagator", which lets you choose non-napster servers if i'm right anyone ever use it before |
