I will start off by giving you my setup:

Soyo SY-7VCA Mobo
Celeron 700 Mhz CPU W/66 Mhz FSB
Thermaltake Valcano 7
Legacy 512 Meg PC100 Ram
SIS graphics card PCI
Voodoo 3 3000 AGP (second display)
Maxtor 40 gig HD

Right now I have the system bus overclocked from 66 MHZ to 80 MHZ, this leaves the CPU running at 840 MHZ. The system is rock solid as this speed, and the CPU is noware near hot. However if I take it any higher then this (ex: FSB to 83 Mhz) the system wont even boot.
Have I just hit a wall with my setup? I thought for sure that I would be able to get the bus up to about 90 or 95 Mhz[Sad]

Overclocking on the FSB is notoriously difficult and unstable because as you push the speed higher and higher, your PCI and AGP cards will begin to run out of spec. I suspect it is your PCI graphics card that is giving you trouble, although I wouldn't be surprised if it was the AGP card as well. You already have an admirable overclock; I haven't heard of too many Celeron 700s hitting 1 Ghz (which by my calculations is what you're trying to hit).

If you're intent on running this CPU in your current rig, I'd stop, sit back, and be happy with a job well done.

------
things on my mind.

Agreed. I don't know anything about that mobo, but I wonder if you can raise your multiplier and bring down your fsb?
