E-mail question seeking advice:
Hello There,
I read your review for the AVerTV USB by AVerMedia and found it very
informative. Thank you. But since you're not recommending on purchasing this unit,
then which one would you recommend? basically I'm looking for a cost effective
device that will allow me to capture the analog signal from VCR tapes etc..., and
record them on to a digital format for archiving and editing.
Thanks for taking the time to read this note.
Blessings,
Thanh Dickerson

anything PCI made by Pinnacle or Hauppage should work well enough
just make sure it has driver support if you're suing 2k or XP
If he really needs it to be external, he should look around for a cheap firewire card, and a firewire capture device
temporary replacement signature . . . please stand by |
