Dogs in Europe can tune in to their local TV channels online without the need for a TV-tuner card (providing they you have the appropriate licence to watch TV legally).

All you need is a Broadband connection. I'm watching Breakfast on BBC1 in crystal clear quality. Smile

If you ask me, the cost of the licence ought to be weighted by size of and number TVs and audio channels.

*looks over at single 14in portable with genuine mono sound*
