Thanks!!! I'm hoping to go see mom tonight but I might be disallowed, the Mrs has come down with the crud everyone has been getting was home yesterday with a 102 degree temp Sad

. No word on mom other than she will be in the hospital until they get her stabilized, if they did that to me I'd never get out Shocked

I see the doctor today, still in some pain but knee is getting better all the tyme.

my sis just got out of the surgery with an extra couple of hours on the wrist - they had to put two plates in and several pins and wires. Hope they used good stuff! (she is my only sister!) Very Happy

SD, parents get ill just as children get ill. None of it is fun. Just make sure to let her know how much she has been to you. I figure that you can never do too much of that and it is clear that you love her very much. My best thoughts and wishes for everything to be the best that it can be, given her medical situation. Love to you, SD.

Well mom got out of the hospital Friday and was back in Sunday. She still has fluid on her lungs and in the sack surrounding her lungs. Her heart is to weak to pump out the fluid plus she has a valve thats not working sending blood back into the lungs with every pump. The procedure they want to use to lower the fluid puts her kidneys a risk of failure so she's on a teeter toter.l The heart condition is not operable because of her weakened condition. doctor says there is no long term solution has braced us for her to pass from one of these episodes in day, weeks or maybe months but probably not as long as 6 months.
