oooooh....wonder if i can convince my boss to buy that, I'd love to have a ticket system in place here so that I'm not emptying my voicemail every 10 minutes.

Is this not just the source code on here? Also, no manual on usage or setup, and I have no knowledge of ASP. And their website requires you purchase the manual, DB schema and full setup files...

Not exactly free, unless I'm missing something here.
