Is there a way to kill a fucking protected service (End Process) ?

I want to kill that goddamn piece of shit Norton because it's slowing my computer to a crawl, but i can't because it says ACCESS DENIED.

Is there a way to do this without chocking the system admin to death while asking her why she installed such a POS piece of software?
