i´m totally hooked to Project Gotham Racing and Ping Pong from Rockstar. Finished GOW, want to play Oblivion and Ghost Recon AdvWarrior, oh and Battlefield 2. Anyway. I´m always available

Were you guys at all disappointed with the HD? I played it for a weekend and the gaming programming didn't seem like it was up to par with HD capabilities. The one thing that the PS3 has is the Blue Ray built in, and I think the blue ray will win out over the Beta v. VHS -type war in the next year or 2.

We are toying with getting the Wii, but can't justify spending any dough right now.

Right now, no XBox360 games is using the new HD-DVD disks, so popping any games in the HD drive will not change anything. It's only use right now is playing HD-DVD movies.

Not sure Blu-Ray will win the format war. Sony pretty much killed the hype with all the problems with the PS3.

I havn't seen any PS3 games that look better than Gears right now. I actually think Sony hurt themselves by adding the Blue-ray player. I know originally bluray was winning out but now HDDVD is being talked about as being the better format.

I haven't played it but a lot of people say they like Need for Speed:Most wanted. Its also on the platinum hits list so you can get it cheap. I will probably get it as soon as I finish the games I have now.

BTW, Lake had a good time playing Gears the other day. Will have to get together and play the final act.

Lake is a very good Gears player.

Well then I need Lake to run through the game on Insane with me. I ran through hardcore, and the first two acts on insane, but my GoW co-op buddy has moved on to other games.
