I finished my series on Marathon Preperation. It wound up being 9 articles with 9 bullet points each. It started as a coincidence, but then I ran with it.

Anybody interested in being crazy like myself, there are some good tips to be found.

Good stuff in their webster. I'm not a runner, but I thought it was a nice read. A lot of that information you could apply to other sports too.
