I ended up ordering Half Life 2 Game of the Year Edition. CS: Source is a part of that as I understand it.

An update on the server, I installed HLDS and got it running wednesday, however it won't run properly in console mode. Wierd, it's fine in GUI mode but you can't connect in console. I had hoped to get that issue worked out yesterday afternoon but I sorta fell asleep on the couch around 5. Sad

I hope to have the server and teamspeak running this afternoon so we can play this weekend.

We used to set times where we'd play, although it's going to be interesting considering I'm +6 hours ahead now.

I've aquired and installed the game. I have not started it up yet. I *think* it could be funny to join the server and bee a Total Noob. At least for you guys.

Sunday is a good play day, he said knowingly. Nudge nudge.

Are the TS and CS on the same IP?. Same server too, or routed?

<edit>I've tested the TS server. It works and as a matter of fact I,m still there. Setting my TS up. Smile </edit>

Same server, same IP. Guess I should have been a bit more specific. I'm free pretty much all day today to play.

Installed HL2/CS:S, but it's taking a bloody metric ice age to decrypt and update.

Took me a long tyme to notice that my soundcard was set to use "mic 1". I use "mic 2". So I did not answer out of rudeness. But out of... dumbness.

And now, after a good ass-kicking I must admit that it was kinda fun. Perhaps a little to high-tempod for an old fart like me, but fun anyway.
