I have two PC2100 DDR 266 CL2 SODIMMs for sale, suitable for a laptop.

Crucial sells them for about £20. I'll let them go for something less than that, say £12 a stick. You pay shipping (if outside of the UK). They'll fit in a first class envelope.

They are 3mm thick. They are manufactured by Infineon.
