squash hit the main ones....

here is one of my favorites

Quote:
Are you sick of posting URLs in emails only to have it break when sent causing the recipient to have to cut and paste it back together? Then you've come to the right place. By entering in a URL in the text field below, we will create a tiny URL that will not break in email postings and never expires.

http://mydomain.com - Free domain management for those who dont have thier own dns servers.

http://google.com/a - Google Apps for your domain branded as your own. GMail, googletalk, google calender and page creator. Unfortunaly googletalk will not work with site mentioned above as you need to create service records which is not available on mydomain.com

http://dnsstuff.com - Definetly a big help in troubleshooting DNS issues, or validating e-mail addresses.

Doesn't LogMeIn require one of the computers to have something installed?

Yep

Simply install LogMeIn on the computer you want to access, and then you can beam into that PC from anywhere using just a web browser.

Hardware's optional. I use a software IP phone. No idea if the service is restricted to the UK though. Give it a try, it's free... Wink
