http://google.com/a - Google Apps for your domain branded as your own. GMail, googletalk, google calender and page creator. Unfortunaly googletalk will not work with site mentioned above as you need to create service records which is not available on mydomain.com
http://dnsstuff.com - Definetly a big help in troubleshooting DNS issues, or validating e-mail addresses. |

Hardware's optional. I use a software IP phone. No idea if the service is restricted to the UK though. Give it a try, it's free... |
