hey folkz,
anybody knows what happens if you don't have the "scrolling bar" and the status bar on your w2k bootup screen? does it mess up or just don't show? Or do both bars have to be there?

Well you the scroling bar is automatic. What ever is in the bitmap in that area will scroll no matter what you do. so yeah its going to show along with the fill in of the status bar thats automatic as well. I believe it uses the second color of the pallete, not sure. So its best to include them in the design but you dont have to. Just might look abit funny
