New Laptop with sata disk without floppy drive and I need to format and
instal windows xp pro
Any idea how to ?

I just installed WinXP-PRO on a HP-166 notebook that had no CD. Used the USB port to install through WinME. Copied XP-PRO /i386 folder off the CD to the USB drive (Lexar 512mb), you don't need any other dir's.
Popped the drive in and hit setup. I installed the ME from DOS with USB drive.
Try here for DOS USB drivers to install from DOS

SlipStream your drivers and Windows Service Packs onto your install cd.
