Ok, this is a long shot... me and my room mate were discussing our childhood and we start talking about yard darts. We both used to play the game as a kid, but then the government decided they were too dangerous and banned them. But we want a set. Just wanted to see if anybody might have some laying around in the garage or attic? It appears they are a banned item on ebay.... and the only place I can find to buy them is in the UK but those aren't the same as the old ones. They're all one piece and the fins dont' slide up and down... but if that is my last resort I may just have to buy them. |

I've never played with them, but my parents have a set in the game closet at thier house. That and many other old old games. |

the fins are not adjustable on those. I assume these are the ones he already found for sale in the UK.
Yeah, those are the ones I found. If I can't find a set with the sliding fins I may have to get those. |

Cool, I'll have to talk to the roomy and see if he wants to shell out $60, cuz I definitely dont' want the ones with the cracked fins that he also has for cheap. |

You know...I KNOW I have seen these at fleamarkets and Goodwill stores. If I see some and they are cheap ( more than likely) I will pick them up for you. If anything just so I can say "I KNEW that would happen" when you poke your eye out. |

I still play Jarts with my grandma during the summer... nothing dangerous.. it's just a matter of common sense. Don't throw Lawn darts into streets or crowded areas, etc.. etc.. etc.. |
