Just passed my Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)exam today! Woohoo! Got an 849 (822 is needed for passing). Thought I would do better, but the test was a little nerve wracking!! Just felt like patting myself on the back.

5 lbs of lard!! Did you at least get to put some salt on it first.

The jobs you can get with the certification are Network Engineer type jobs. You should be able to connect remote offices together with routers. Lot's of fun.
