I see suspensions for them, and Stewart getting off free. Which is what should happen. He was fucking racing like he was supposed to.

Mathematically, at least, if the drivers above him sat out the next 7 races and Jeff Green won all 7 races and led the most laps, he would move up into the top 10 in points and be eligible to participate in the chase. He's currently 835 points out of 10th place.
Casey Mears is in 17th place and only 265 points behind 10th place. He could , theoretically, make that up in just two races. |
