I belive those states do not allow you to recieve gifts/promotions without having to first pay taxes for them. I may be wrong, but those states are excluded from many promotions as I recall.

I ordered mine! The damn thing wouldn't let me skip the TITLE (I hate being called Mr., etc.) so I put in Grand Jedi Master. Cool I can't wait to see the label when it comes in the mail! I'll post a copy of it if it actually says that!
