It all started when I wanted to play with that cute little penguin in TuxRacer....
It said GLX was missing or something like that. Went to that package manager jobby and looked for a likely looking graphics type thing that hadn't been installed - no luck. (I never got to choose my graphics card during install either, it just found my ATI rage-xl on its own!)
Thought I'd try the help app. Type in GLX hit search and it does squat. Search function broken; I tracked down this "ht://dig" it wanted and tried to do all that make stuff buts its kaput....
HELP!!!!
I'm finding learning this OS a pain in the ass when I can't even rely on the documentation to exist/work Angry Smile
Any help would be mucho appreciated.
