Okay finally it's alive. I gave up on suSE 7.1 and dl'd LM8. Followed the instructions and now i'm posting from Mozilla using LM8 and, (here's the big one (that's what she said, anyway)) My W2K partition is still intact. time to experiment..........

Glad to hear it - i know i was having trouble when i first tried 7.2 - all my partitions would screw up, but like you I managed to pull through and get it running! Big Smile
