How do I change the font in Konqueror? I installed Times New Roman and Arial from my Windoze system nad told Konqueror to use that, doesn't seem to interest it in any way.
I can't even read the text on any website as it displays it so small. Netscape is hard at the border, but readable. But it's so much sloooower than the Konqueror.
I'm using a screen size of 1280x1024 (same as in W2K which is just fine)

Any suggestions would be appreciated

One of the problems with webpages is that they usually define which fonts to use. For instance LWD uses 3 fonts, so if the 1st font is not on the system, it goes to the 2nd and then the 3rd. But you can override any font definitions on a webpage by using the browser's option screens. Even MS IE can set it's font and ignore the sites font choices. Unfortunately, fonts in Xwindows don't always look the same in MSWindows, so you'll have to play around with it until you find a happy font.

Ah! I see... Didn't thought about that menu, I tried to change the font in the first menu... ooops.

...and also linux does everything slightly different than M$ Windoze, just if it want's to bug me around saying "you think you know enough by now to handle ME?! Just try mounting a hdd... this will make you silent for a while."

But I like it! somewhat
