I opened up my standby/server box today and found soot in the case. (and not just a little) It appears that the temp in the case was a bit higher than I had assumed Shocked

. It appeared that even the normal dust was blackened…I think that I will retire this mobo and the procs. I think we all should observe a moment of silence for their selfless contribution to both the SETI and Folding cause Crying or Very sad

You really should not have been pouring the nitro into the case.

Remember, pour gasoline into the power supply ONLY.
