The Globalwin FOP series of hsf are supposedly very good, although the 38 is quite loud. They are relatively cheap, and perform quite well. I have an Alpha PAL6035 with the Delta38 fan on it, and I am quite happy with its performance. It is somewhat smaller than the FOP's so capacitors near the socket aren't a problem at all, but it performs on par with the FOP's. The downside to the Alpha is that is somewhat costly. I had a super orb which worked fairly well, although no where near as good as the Alpha, but it was way quieter than the Delta 38. Those are pretty much the only ones I would consider, although Globalwin has some new ones that sound pretty good.
