Ungogly speed has arrived at my dorm room today in the form of a Tbird 1.33Ghz. Time to see what this little chip can do. I will let you fellows know how it goes.

Time to say goodbye to this shitty faulty Tbird 900!! Woooha!

Lady luck is on my side, for I bought the cheapest AMD Tbird 1.33Ghz and, as it turns out, it is an AXIA!! Wooooo, seems to be running smooth and fast at 1.33. Though, the fun stuff is yet to come for I need to overclock this thing tonight.

Does anyone have one of these, if so, what were you able to get it up to with just a heatsink/fan?

Lucky stiff. I couldn't afford a 1.33 unless I simply quit eating for a month. I have a 1GHz on the way, and I'm hoping for the old AXIA designation. Unfortunately, due to crappy shipping to Canada, the local store is still waiting on the next delivery of CPU's. Soon, I hope.

Well, fired her up and she purred first thing. About the heat, I am running a FOP38 right now and with SETI running at full load Im at 46C. I am going to burn it in a little then attempt to OC it. I also may be making my own custom heatsink and putting the delta 7k from my FOP onto it. It will be similar in design to the CORE, but far superior in my opinion. :)

What voltages where you running at Nuxto?

How good is the system you have? Is that the one that was leaking and stuff? I read the article. Props to you on a nice job. Smile By saying you are not using it, are you suggesting its forsale? Smile I have a peltier that would go nice with that system of yours! Smile Let me know.

Yeah, leaks are a bitch. Good to know that it isnt the hardwares fault though. I saw the list of stuff, tho it may be a little more difficult for me to get my hands on it due to my lack of transportation. Being in college without a car really sucks! But, if you are going to sell it, let me know. :)

Still burning in my Tbird 1.33, encoding some Divx's right now. Smile
