Check out the stepping when it gets here. If you've got AGOIA (one of mine is AGOIA, one is AROIA), you're going to be very, very happy :-D

It's the AGOIA. How high are you guys taking them? I'm hoping for 11x166, maybe higher. I've got pretty decent air cooling for it... |

*sighs* If only....
I going to run my XPs in a dually (SMP) configuration. It's kinda sad, too...I'd love to have the thrill of real OCing. Best I can get out of my 1900+ is a multiplier bump to 2000+; over 4MHz up on the FSB and it chokes. Still, a bump is a bump!
And Hr, I've just gotta pimp the XP Unlocking Kit from HiSpeedPC. I have one, and it's great...the gap filler is just beautiful (slather on, wipe off, and your gaps are filled) and the pin's pretty easy for me to handle [ )]

How about a AMD Athlon XP 1900+ OEM for $30.00?
Not only is this a good deal, but supporting the sponsors of LWD - helps LWD :-D
Click here, and then click the CPU link on the left menu.
Not sure if it's an error on their part, but I added one to my cart and it showed up at $30 just like the page said. The bad part - they only have three left. |

BTW, I had to email them right after I did it cause I missed a letter in my address but I thought Fido would be interested in the little blurb I added:

Hmmm, like Extreme said, when I ordered it said 3 were in stock. I just bought 2 and Bamzip bought 1 so it should be 0 but it doesn't. Maybe they have to update it automatically? Which would mean I have to wait for a backorder. I certainly hope I don't.

I'm in for 2 (my 1700 needs an upgrade, and this 1200 I've got could stand the bump), and I threw in a drive cooler just for shits and giggles
