Well tomorrow I cut the 120mm side intake and the 92mm top exhaust blowholes on my case. That should get me the air flow I need. With the addition of those fans I'll have 2 intakes and 4 exhausts and one PSU intake, (Enermax unit).
I'm hoping to drop my CPU temps into the mid 40's. I'm currently stopped at 140MHz FSB to keep the CPU temp below 55 degC, (running a retail HSF with AS3). I want to try to reach 150 on the FSB.
You guys think I'll do it?

It's not squito, you know those Enermax units have an intake PS fan in the bottom of the supply to help draw better air flow through the PS case then out it's exhaust fan.
Anyway, They're in, and I might say, they look goood.. My delta T between the chipset temp and the CPU dropped from 24 down to 19.5 degC. However the Chipset temp did increase slightly, (about 1degC). I wasn't real happy about that but I imagine that is due to air flow wash from the DIMM's and the fact that my big 19" Sceptre CRT sets about 4 inches from the 120mm intake.
Overall I am pretty pleased with the noise. Those Enermax adjustable units are the way to go.
By the way, I took the sheet metel into work and had the boys use a steel hog to cut the holes. 4.75" for the 120mm and 3.5" for the 92mm if you get your hands on a hole saw. Much nicer than grinding it out. The steel Hogs are made by Milwaukee. They are indexable carbide tipped heavy duty holesaws use for cutting precision holes in plate steel. If you got the drill or mill big enough, there is no limitation to plate thickness. Though 10" is as thick as I ever saw. That takes about a 50HP drill and a bunch of coolant.
WOOF!

You need one of these babies to cool your system. Cranks out 176 CFM for less than $45 and low noise to boot!!
There's an article describing the use of this over at www.overclockers.com in the case cooling section called "Good Air / Bad Air, Good Fans / Bad Fans, Good Grief!" by John Hill. Check it out.
I'm thinking about making one of these into a self contained filtered unit that my comp will rest on top of. The airflow will come up through the bottom of my comp via a high temp automotive manifold hose directly to the CPU heatsink.
I should be able to lose all of my internal fans (except for the graphics card) and have a positive pressurized case. Of course, I'll have to block off most of my vent holes but that shouldn't be a big deal to do to a Antec SX830 case.

Bamzippow--
I have found that electical tape works well for sticking on the inside of those perforated areas in your case where you want to stop air flow. My main PC is in an Antec SX1030B (excellent design, very similar to your SX830), so the air flow is excellent. With two (or three) quiet 80mm fans on the front and two more on the back, aren't you already seeing case temperatures very near to ambient? In this environment, the Alpha PAL-8045 cools the CPU quite well.
My second PC is crammed into a primitive Antec KS280B (lousy design). I have added several fans to this case (1x120mm in the lower front, 1x60mm in front of the hard-drives, and 3x50mm behind the CPU) in an effort to improve ventilation. The fact that this case is completely full may have contributed to the heat issues. The Voodoo5-5500 puts out as much heat as the CPU does.

Ive found Aluminum/Silver HVAC tape to work great for covering up the little hold and sealing off everything else.

Well blow holes are not enough..
The ole retail HSF combo just can't cut it. I have the AC off because it's a nice day, (low humidity, temp in office about 30 degC). The box is wigging out when CPU hits 56 degC, (141 on the FSB).
So, I backed it down to 138 FSB, (about 1730MHz) and shut SETI down for a bit.
The deltT is about 22degC at idle,(room ambient to CPU temp) and 25 degC with Seti running at this speed.
I'm off to find an AX-7 with either an Enermax Fan or something else other than a Delta. Prefer quiet over Turbine noise..
WOOF!

It's a done deal. After some thought, I ordered the AX-7 with the enermax unit. Easy to setup and adjustable too.
That should do it..

The awsome beauty of a Heat sink is here!
The massive AX-7 arrived today, complete with an 80mm case fan to keep the little bugger cool.
Now all I have to do is find the time to rip my box apart to put the critter in there.
But tomorrow I take it in to work and let Rover try to drool on it. I may have to get a huge newspaper to keep him under control.LOL
