Which one of these would be a better purchase today a 1.2ghz 100 bus T-bird or a 1.2ghz 133 bus T-bird? Does the 133 bus version have a better upgrade future than the 100 bus?
Also any motherboard suggestions or opinions? aye?

well,.right now I am runnin a 1Ghz T-Bird unlocked at 133(266)fsb @1400, air cooled, i have read that the 1.2s arent great overclockers. Also from what i understand the 1.2 fsb 100s arent locked so i think they should run fine at 133 fsb

Asus A7V133 or Abit KT7A
their isn't a DDR board avaible to buy to the Best of mi knowledge(we all know how good that is) and the Only DDR mem out their is PC1600 which isnt a big leap up from some good PC133 SDRAM. Also i heard that if your into over clocking thoes are the boards to go for. hope it helps

if ya feel like tweakin, i would say the KT7A, KT&A-RAID. If ya wanna drop it in and never think about it, Id say go with the A7V-133. Both are excellent boards

I have made up my mind, everything i read seems to point to the palamino coming out really soon so i think i'll hold out a little longer and see what boards come forward with support for it. Maybe a DDR board or a dual board or a dual DDR board.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it.[Very Happy]
