I've found the best way to completely use up a VISA rebate card is to go to a store with a good customer service counter. You'll need to get with an employee or manager who understands that you have multiple payment methods. Best Buy is the last place I had this type of thing done, but the place I'm working at now(a small business) is also capable. Usually anywhere that has a separate Credit Card machine can take multiple payments from cards/check/cash to pay for one sale. I have yet to see any online stores with this capability.

I go to be bar, and then tip what ever I can't drink off of that card.
