Do you use the Trend Micro Interscan Messaging Hosted Security product? If so, some domains may be blocking your e-mail (I.E. 1and1.com clients).
To correct the issue, you will need to update your MX record to in.mx.trendmicro-fail-over.akadns.net
The issue is Trend Micro is following some new RFC that allows CNAMES for MX Records. 1and1.com (And others I would assume) perform a lookup on your MX Record when it scans inbound mail and see that the MX Record is a CNAME, not an IP Address as they expect per the RFC they are following so they reject the inbound SMTP Connection.
Just figured I would give a heads up just in case. |
