I would personally recommend the program called NVMAX. It works great with my TNT2 anyways.

homepage: www.nvmax.com
download: www.charnleys.co.uk/NVmax.exe (version.3.00.72b)

According to the forums on that homepage, version 4 should be out within a week or two. I'll try to announce here when it's released. Very Happy

Take it up a little bit at a time (5MHz increments) ... if you start seeing artifacts (usually little white spots), back off ... remember, go slow ...

I remember that back then a 5Mhz clock hike meant you had a damn brilliant overclockable card there.[Very Happy]

I loved bragging about my Diamond Card too. Mighty 100Mhz looks pale in comparison to current 360Mhz ++++

I think I'm gonna OC my video card now too, especially now that its working and happy. I just ran 3dmark2001 for the first time and scored 4994. I dont care if I OC it only 5 MHz but being that close to any large round number is taunting. My card came with a little tweaker program already (Hercules 3D Tweaker) but is it better to use that or some other 3rd party util such as nvmax? Also, do I need to leave that program running or whats the deal with an OC prog? I'm obviously a newbie but I'll probably be browsing through some OCing sites tonight and tomorrow before playing with it.

What can I say, I'm an engineer, and live by the motto, "If it aint broke yet, add more features ..."

Just a reminder in case you were going to ask here are my quick system specs:

Tyan Tiger MP mobo
2 AMD Athlon 1600+ 1.4GHz
512 PC2100 Registered DDR
Hercules 3D Prophet III Geforce3 Ti200 (clocked at 175/400)

I used to use NV max, but after I had trouble getting it to work with the 2x.xx drivers, I started using Riva Tuner.[Very Happy]

BTW (gloating) my Gainward GF3 is running 255/585
