It being the first Tuesday of the month, I ran Windows Update. After going through the mandatory Windows Genuine Disadvantage download (for the umpteenth time, like my copy of Windows has suddenly stopped being genuine since the last time I was forced to run that thing...) I got presented with SP3.

Looks like it's now in the wild.
