I have a Sound Blaster 16 CT2290 (the long board) as well as a CT1920 daughter board that makes the SB16 think its an AWE32 card.If your still looking let me know.
It does have IDE and Panasonic connectors, but there is no documentation just the boards. Some of the pins are bent and its a little dusty from being in a box in my basement, but overall it looks to be in good shape.

yup... still looking. I'd prefer the shorter board, but the long board will also work... I'll just have to redesign things a bit. Just PM me info on shipping and whatnot.
