Halo
i got this error when i try to empty my xp recycle bin..
now i have to open the bin and delete each file to empty the bin...
any idea? |

Stop and restare explorer.exe
Or just reboot.
Eitherway it'll stop the file from being "in use" |

A mini-boot (logoff/on or kill and restart explorer.exe) should solve most issues quicker than a full boot.
Who's Locking can unlock any file and allow deletion. |
