I have 4 /30 networks going to .14 as last usable address.

I then need a /27 network, but somebody said I can't use a /27 starting at .16. I have no clue why

Anybody care to explain? Cool

Your teacher's set you an interesting piece of homework.

You may find reading up on cidr notation to be useful.
