Apparently a MS engineer is advocating 2008 server as a desktop OS.

So they decided to build a server OS that runs like a workstation. That says alot for the priorities there. Too bad I am missing the launch event in KC today, they are sending server 2008 free for attendance, it would have been worth checking out at least.

Maybe the article should have been, hey, it's better than Vista?

I recall seeing this type of guide when Server2003 came out.

what's the real difference between workstations and the server? Processes being used and priorities...
