It should be an excellent theater room. I don't know if they'll ever get their money back out of it when they sell the house, though. The construction was more expensive than a similar frame structure would have been aboveground. |

He must have money to burn... building codes and or Deed Restrictions prevented a two story garage.. hence the reason for the bunker. |
