Have you tried the Wubi Installer yet?
http://wubi-installer.org/
We tried it in the recent Ubuntu Hardy alpha at work and it works really, really well.
Install a full proper dual boot Linux system from a Windows installer that you can uninstall later from Windows Add/Remove programs if you don't like it? Fuck yeah.
There's never been a better (or easier) time to get those Windows users in your life to give Linux a try.
(Disclaimer: Don't get too excited, I'm still a Fedora user. ) |

Yeah I installed it for a friend on his system - was very impressed. I haven't tried it from the LiveCD yet though, this was a few months ago. Glad to see it officially incorporated into the release. |
