I'm with ThunderDawg. The last two "offers" I have tried from MS (and one from Novell) have yielded 0 results. I even sat through several hours of online presentations, filled out all the right forms, signed all the right documents and I got squat. I even tried to email them asking where my free product was and they never wrote back. All they did was PUT ME ON A $#%@#$ MAILING (spam) LIST where they berate me incessantly with offers to view their upcoming seminars. Oh, and asking them to take me off those lists has proved unfruitful.
Beware of any free offers from Microsoft. |

Do no one else think it easier and quicker to just work an hours overtime and buy your own USB keyring dangler, rather than go through all that? |

It doesn't cost anything to fill out the form.
But it's at least the sixth one promising a flash drive, and none has ever been delivered. |

Well, one of them was for the entire MS office suite, so it was worth it. Plus I thought I might actually learn something...which I did...don't trust Microsoft (not that I trusted them before!) |

If you really want a 2GB USB stick that much, just fork over $10 to Newegg or whomever. |
