No, I am not laughing much yet. Fuckers planned it as an end game to protect them from Novell winning on Monday, and they want 4 separate legal firms representing them through the bankruptcy.

I hope the judge throws not only the book, but the kitchen sink at them. Irresponsible fucking piles of shit they are, at least the good news is that although this means that the trial is postponed tomorrow, Novell will win its case which means that IBM will win its case, and Red Hat will win its case too. And Autozone will walk away. None of them will get any money however, as the lawyers will get it all. That's what most of this has been about, making some lawyers rich on a completely asinine lawsuit.

Look for some commentary tomorrow on LWD. For now I just need to calm down.
