So from people I've talked to, the best single feature on the I-phone is the voice mail works acts more like email when you view it.
That is an ATT only feature, (att had to change their Voice mail system to make that work, and apple insisted.) everything else, is really not that fancy... it is just in an apple branded package...
now if you can get it to work with T-mobile, and their Wifi voip calls deal, then that'd be cool. |

Another company was supposedly gonig to release an online software unlocking but got a nice warning shot from At&t lawyers.
http://blog.iphoneunlocking.com/
why didn't iPhoneSimFree.com get a warning shot.
Why would AT&T threaten to sue if this is not covered under the DMCA? |

because some times threatening a lawsuit on false grounds is enough to stop some one from doing something. |

Well, the kid is now on his way to Guantanamo...
BBSpot wrote:Hotz was arrested on charges of violating the DMCA, as well as aiding terrorism by unlocking the iPhone for use on other networks other than AT&T.
Arresting a minor who is a citizen of the United States and sending him to Guantanamo is an unprecedented move by the government, but officials say this is an unprecedented case.
