Actually, I doubt it's over. SCO will invariably appeal the finding. IBM vs. SCO (IBM's countersuit) isn't over. SCO vs. Red Hat isn't over. SCO vs. Autozone isn't over.
However, I'd think that the dominoes will start falling over, except for the part where SCO goes bankrupt right in the middle of having to pay penalties.
I do hope BS&F gets a piece of the Court's mind. |
