I have read about it for a long time now, and finally I broke down and did it to my 91 honda accord.

From everything I read online, I expected a huge amount of smoke and annoyance. There was white smoke, but, not nearly the amount I thought there would be by having read online. People either are stupid, or exaggerate a lot. After pouring 1/3 of the bottle into the intake while running, poured the rest into the gas tank. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes (as directed) and went and topped of the gas tank.

Also tightened down a vacuum leak that was occurring, so the car seems to run a bit better just because of that (caused issues with the idle).

Overall...If seafoam does what it claims, then I'm happy. Car has been having a random doesn't want to start issue...so maybe that's from a stuck/clogged injector and this will fix it.

Only time will tell... I should probably track gas mileage to see if that increases any from what I used to get.

FYI, wear walking shoes any time Rah takes this car somewhere. Very Happy

I hope it helps! If not, just race it to its death on the track.

Curious what your results are. My friends swear by seafoam although I have never given it a shot.

I've never head a bad thing about seafoam, everyone I've known who's used it has done so with outstanding results (or so they say)

Honestly, it idles better...but that might be due to fixing the vacuum leak in the intake as well. Starts up just fine. Runs fine. I don't see a down side to trying it.
