well, since our "new" (gosh, it's a year now that we've been in this house already) house has this cut-out for this stupid tv, we still have it (plus it's 1080 HD, so it's still kind of not too obsolete).
I built shelves a few weeks ago for our components and a little box to hide all the chords...
Not the prettiest thing but it will do... it beats what we had before and disregard the speaker wires - I still have to bury them under the carpet. |

No help on how to hide wires here... I really need to get a new cabinet for this stuff, something taller then it is wide, but I felt the need to show off. |

I blame no-ip, and my openwrt router that didn't update no-ip, and Fathertyme... cause we all know he had something to do with it.
Should be displaying in about ... 5 minutes for every one. |

That I blame on the Treo camera...
And I'm to lazy to resize them...
besides you can't really appreciate the size of the screen in a smaller picture |

Wrath, where did you get that TV table thingy? IKEA? I tried to find one like that, but i just can't find one. Also, how good is the PS3? I know it's overpriced, but i can't find a goddamn Wii around here and since my 360 will be out the door for 3 weeks, i'm really itching to buy a PS3 with Resistance: Fall of Men and Motorsports.
... and here's my setup... well, mostly my TV, but you know, i've thrown in some hockey and PGR3 in there

So while I can watch live tv... I really like to skip the commercials |

Sweet deal, Angla!
Dom - I'm digging it! Except for the big Microsoft across your screen.
Slymer - Nice stuff - what dvds do you have? Is that a gum ball machine off to the left? Or popcorn? Where is your tivo??? |

it's a mini "crane game" candy machine (no coins needed) It needs to be restocked. The "TiVo" is my computer on the other end of the room... has a TV wonder elite in it, but the beast is getting cranky and randomly reboots from time to time so recording is iffy at best. It's not connected to the tv since the screen is the same size as the TV and looks way better
as for the DVDs... that's too much typing... mostly sci-fi and anime and comedy... with some chick flicks and other action movies for good measure that my wife brought into the mix. (little bit of everything except horror) |
