Just FYI...not sure if they will still be in stock or not...
The Sams Club in our area has marked down their seasonal items.
One of these items is a Fire pit that was almost $500 a few days ago...and now is marked down to $100. I ended up buying the last one here since someone else bought 6 of them today. So check out your Sams location if your interested.
Heres a link to the item online:

Heres a picture:
[edit]Doh..you can also check the website for store availability [/edit] |

Awesome - what do you burn in it?
(please be careful about carbon monoxide poisoning - we lost some folks we knew a while back.) |

It uses propane.
For decoration...so you don't see the burners, it comes with lava rocks...but you can also purchase glass rocks or any other material that can withstand the heat without burning up or causing injury.
No worries on the carbon monoxide poising...we're putting ours in our dining room (Without using it...no gas) until we close and move into our house next month. This item is strictly for outside use only. |

Its taken awhile to get the details in the contract worked out...but approx. 45 days later we have the contract we wanted in hand and ready to sign off on it.
Theres only 1 item we need to clear up before signing...the original closing date of 03/31/07 is still on the contract...which doesn't leave us much time to get the appraisal, house inspection and financing in order. I have a call to my broker and a call to thier real estate person in to see if this is truly the deadline...or if we can slide past it somewhat (I.E. April 10th - 15th or etc) |

FYI - The closing date is a guide. You can legally close up to 30 days after the closing date on your contract. So that should give you some time. PS Good luck!! We close March 27th! |

Thanks! Your faster than my broker and the real estate person who I left messages with on Friday!
Good luck on your house as well! |
