I got it to work for a bit last night, so it processed one. But then it keeps hanging up in the backgroud.

Or else it turns yellow after its done with one and stops working all together. Do I need to have Spy checked too? I don't use that, and I'm all set ok with Zonealarm etc.

I was hoping not to have to transmit each one, as that seems to hose my comp even more.

Nice of you to grace us with your presence Fair Lady. Didn't catch all of what is going on with your SETI setup. If you are still having problems feel free to email and I'll cover each point you have a question about.

Not to be a I told you so, but maybe you should have just sent that setup to Spot and the boys, told 'em to review it, put a start button on it, and then send it back to you. hehehe

Seriously, though, email if you're having problems. I should be done mourning the Mariner losses tomorrow. Poor Gkky Gddss came home from work today and said she was taking to her bed.

I've been using 3.03 for about 3 weeks, averaging about 7 hours per WU on my Duron 800@1000, 143FSB setup. Occasionally over the last few weeks, I'll have an 11 hour WU, but it's been pretty consistent over all.

The bad news: the seti competition bug is biting me. I've set up two machines at work to process overnight and over the weekends. I don't expect too much from the 600 Celery II and the 800 Celery II, but it all adds to the total, right!

Looks like I am averaging about 9.27 on my AMD 900 using version 3.03. I have had a few times where my machine locked up during transmit but it did not lose the work unit. I was able to reboot and transmit it again.
