I really hope Apple fights this.

Imagine the upcoming lawsuites:

- sue McDonald's for making me fat
- sue reality TV for depression
- sue Playboy for carpeltunnel
- sue the alcohol companies for damaged liver
- sue tobacco for cancer and other health problems

oh wait, the last one has been done!

McDonalds has been sued for making people fat....thankfull it was thrown out of court.

Ahh, so it's apple's fault he turned the volume up and listened for hours.

Guess it's BMW's fault for making a car go faster than the speed limit so I can drive 20 over all the time.

Or JVC's fault for producing a car audio amp that allows me to listen to my music at a level that can cause deafness.

Or K2 for making rollerblades that I might hit a rock while using and break my wrist.

Or McDonalds' for making food that might make me a fatass.

Wait, it's Bic's fault for making a pen that I could stab myself in the eye with.

How about Anheiser Busch for making beer that I could possibly drink myself to death with?

Nah, we'll blame the chinese for inventing fireworks that I could misuse and blow my hand off because I'm a dumbass.
