There are 4 512MB sticks for sale. Here are the specs of the memory.

Brand-GeIL
Type- 184-Pin DDR SDRAM
Model- GE512PC3200
Capacity- 512MB
Speed- DDR 400 (PC 3200)
CAS Latency- 2.5
Timing- 2.5-6-3-3
ECC- No
Features- With Extreme Performance Heat Spreader (Blue)

I will sell it in 1Gig kits for 70.00 or all 4 sticks together 130.00 OBO. It sells at Newegg for 45.00 each. Email with any questions or offers. I will listen to any good offer and pay for shipping via USPS in the US. Let me know if you have any questions.

I upgraded the system that this was running in with a socket 775 machine with DDR2 in it for an EPC.

I have a game system that has an AMD 3800+ in that already has 2 gigs XMS Corsair that runs at 2-2-2-5 in it so i have no place to put this memory. It is good memory so it just needs a home.

Did you writing the timing down right?

A tRAS of 3 seems a little extraordinary. Are they supposed to read 2.5-3-3-6?
