I use an HSP56 Micromodem from PCTel, does anyone have Linux drivers? I'm trying to do a dual boot system and PCTel says they're not supporting Linux |

PCTEL works fine, in linux, id even venture to say it works well, as well as 56k can, ive installed them on my friends systems before
http://www.medres.ch/~jstifter/linux/pctel.html
there is a tarball for ya, you will need to uninstall and make it, make sure you read the INSTALL and the FAQ, if you get an error about it not being able to find oyur kernel soource, you will need to make a symlink ot it, the FAQ tells all that, then to start using it, the commands
# insmod ptserial
# pctel
will start it up, or jus add it to ur modules.conf or conf.modules, good luck
