That is why I don't do tech support, I can't deal with that. I don't know how. I just build custom machines. Hell, I just had a customer come to me today asking me why Dell uses a non-standard cpu fan connector. Before I could even fathom an answer, he told me he wouldn't buy another Dell. Good man.
